Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at NatWest and the Royal Bank of Scotland, specialising in structured finance and leveraged lending. Caroline Richardson is an experienced banking executive and Chief Financial Officer with deep expertise across financial control, treasury, regulatory engagement and strategic financial leadership within regulated financial services. She has held multiple CFO and board roles across challenger banks and listed financial institutions, most recently serving as CFO and Board Director at Monument Bank where she supported the bank’s transition from start-up to scale-up while leading finance and treasury during a period of significant growth and capital raising. Previously, she served as CFO of PCF Bank, playing a central role in stabilising the organisation through significant accounting remediation and leading the bank’s solvent wind-down in close engagement with regulators. Earlier in her career Caroline held senior finance leadership roles at WhiteOak UK, Arrow Global, the Co-operative Bank and Deutsche Bank, building extensive experience in financial reporting, transformation and governance. She is recognised for her strong regulatory relationships, pragmatic leadership style and ability to guide organisations through complex financial and operational challenges.
