Generally a good experience and great to get (some) interest on a current account! The app works well, it is easy to transfer funds in and out of the account and I appreciate the saving pots. I needed to recover a payment and Kroo were very effective in supporting a refund for me. Overall no regrets in opening the account.

Great bank especially for using when abroad . I wish there was overdraft facility but I've been told only certain people get offered that but it's never been offered to me.

Been with Kroo four years now and I really cant fault them. Excellent service all round, and great for using for withdrawing cash abroad. Plus interest accrued for positive balances. What's not to love?

Kroo has a very easy user friendly app. It is great for travelling as no fees and the conversion rate is great. The features for accessing card details for example are super handy. Customer support are also swift to respond and helpful. Would be nice to have more features such as spending breakdowns of time and category.

I use the account for my pension payments, and find it really good because I always get a message when money goes in and goes out, this gives me reassurance that nobody is using my account without my knowledge and I don't have to keep checking it. I like the way that I get interest payments every month without me having to think about moving money around different accounts. The account has always worked well for me, so I would recommend.
